Introduction

The M-7017 is an analog input module that provides 8 differential input channels. The input type includes both voltage and current, and all channels are available for the same input range. An optional external 125 Ω resistor is required for current input. The modules also feature 3000 VDC intra-module isolation as well as ±120 VDC overvoltage protection. The M-7017 supports Modbus RTU and DCON protocols, which can be configured via software, and only provides differential analog input channels. Other hardware specifications are the same as the I-7017.
