Industrial Cellular Serial/USB Modem and Smart IoT Gateway
The Robustel M1200-4L is a compact industrial LTE Cat-4 gateway that can run as a traditional modem or as a standalone smart gateway.
In Bridge Mode, it passes the public IP via serial or mini-USB for drop-in integration with existing systems no application changes required. Switch to gateway mode to enable dual-SIM resilience, transparent TCP/UDP, Modbus RTU-to-TCP, and VPN options including IPsec, OpenVPN, GRE, L2TP, and PPTP.
Interfaces include RS-232/RS-485 plus 2×DI and 1×DO for common PLC and metering workflows; management is available via Web/CLI/SMS. Fleet operations can be supported via RCMS with firmware/config push and optional RobustVPN for secure remote access. Built for control cabinets and field deployments, it accepts 9–36 V DC, operates from −40 to +70 °C, and mounts on DIN rail or wall.
