Introduction

MDC-211-433 is a Modbus data concentrator developed by ICP DAS. It has Ethernet, 433MHz wireless communication, RS-232 and RS-485 communication interfaces, and can connect Modbus RTU devices to the Ethernet network. In addition, MDC-211-433 will sequentially read the data of Modbus RTU devices according to the user-defined command list, and integrate the data of different Modbus RTU devices into a continuous address format, so that the remote monitoring host can connect to MDC-211-433 via Ethernet to access the data of multiple Modbus RTU devices at one time. Therefore, through the Modbus data centralized management function of MDC-211-433 and the convenient connection and communication capabilities of Ethernet, a stable remote monitoring system can be quickly established, allowing users to greatly simplify the difficulty of data collection, and then reduce the traffic loading of the Ethernet network to improve system performance.
